Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment, which we will not debit until your order is ready to despatch. We also accept payments via BACS. Please call for our bank details.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB and Electron. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, mail or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.


Shipping And Handling
Any orders for less than 10 items will have a Carriage charge of £6.50. We will deliver to Mainland England, Wales and most of Scotland for the rate shown.

For deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Ireland and other islands, please contact us for the correct carriage rates.


Delivery Schedule
Orders placed before 3pm are normally dispatched the same day. If you require an item urgently, please call the sales office.

Shortages must be notified within 3 days of receipt of goods via our contact page.


Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.


Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK, 20% VAT is added.


Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any website.

Your card will not be debited until your order is ready to dispatch.

Returns Policy Cancellations prior to dispatch


If you wish to cancel your order prior to dispatch you must notify us
via our contact page

before 3pm on the same day that you placed the order with us.

Cancellations within 7 days after dispatch

If you wish to cancel and return your order where goods have already been dispatched or received by you, you must inform us in writing requesting cancellation within 7 working days from date of notification of dispatch or receipt of order either by fax, letter or email. Cancellations cannot be accepted by telephone call and must be made in writing.

Goods must be returned within 14 working days from date of cancellation and must be in their original condition and should not have been used, altered or damaged in any way. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The rights to cancel and return the goods to us will not apply in the following circumstances: - to any products that we have made or customized specifically for you. The provisions of this clause do not affect your statutory rights.Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm

Cancellations after 7 days from dispatch

If you wish to cancel and return your order after 7 working days from date of receipt of order, you may request cancellation up to 60 days from receipt of your order. All requests will be handled at directors discretion.

Requests can be made by telephone but must also be made in writing by fax, letter or email. Goods must be returned within 14 working days from date of cancellation notice; goods must be in their original condition and should not have been used, altered or damaged in any way.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Cancellations & returns will not be accepted after 60 days.

The rights to return the goods to us will not apply in the following circumstances: - in the event that the product has been used, to any products that we have made or customised specifically for you. The provisions of this clause do not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds for unwanted items are subject to a 25% restocking charge and postage / carriage costs will not be refunded.
